Plants are between 6″- 16″ tall. They grow fast!!. Blueberry Plant Duke. Northern high bush type, 4 to 6 ft. at maturity, fruit ripening late June/early July, yields 10 to 15 lbs. per bush, fruit size medium and very sweet, harvesting usually by hand. Self pollinating but produces better when planted with other blueberries. We recommend using only Bio Spectrum organic Fertilizer located in our store.. Fall Color: Orange and Yellow, Season: Early, Zone 4-7. Earliest blueberry to ripen! Easy to pick fruit, blooms not susceptible to frost damage
How to grow Blueberry Plant Duke
Soil requirements and planting instructions
Mix together the following:
- 90 percent Sphagnum peat moss
- 10% perlite
Place this mixture in a pots, beds or garden and plant your blueberry. Proper site preparation ensures years of growth and once established they will not require weed control. Soil Ph should be around 4.9-5.5.
