Each Pineapple is Hybridized and grown from tissue cultures to be a disease free exact replica of the mother plant. Grow pineapple plant Sugarloaf in zones 9-11, in full sun to partial shade. Sugarloaf grows up to 3 feet in height. Self fertile, can produce fruit 5-6 lbs, leaves have serrated edges. Sweet fruit with low acidity.

Plant Care

Pineapple plants grow best in moderately fertile, sandy loam soils of neutral to mildly acid pH. Plants will grow satisfactorily in sandy and calcareous soils with attention to watering and fertilizer.
